POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

Para efectos de cambio si fue a través de nuestra tienda online, deberá enviar un mensaje al correo electrónico ventas.cykfsashion@gmail.com indicando el motivo de tu cambio.
Los cambios por referencia, talla o color sólo podrán ser cambiados por productos con valor igual al original pagado.
El cliente deberá de devolver el producto dentro de los primero 5 días después de haber sido recibida la orden.
El cliente debe asumir el costo del envio de la prenda.
No se realizara devolucion de dinero, se aplicara un credito en la tienda
La prenda no debe haber sido usada, lavada o dañada. Debe conservar las etiquetas originales y su respectivo empaque.
Los cambios estarán sujetos a la disponibilidad de inventarios
Las prendas en promoción no tendran cambios

For purposes of returning an item, if the purchase was made through our online store, you must send an email to ventas.cykfsashion@gmail.com indicating the reason for your return.
If you are returning a product because of issues concerning reference, size or color, they can only be exchanged for a product with the same value you originally paid for.
The customer must return the product within the first 7 days after the order was received.
The customer must bear the cost of shipping the product back.
No monetary refunds will be made. However, the customer will have the chance to exchange the product for another one with the same value on our store.
The garment must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. You must keep the original labels and their respective packaging.
Returns will be subject to inventory availability
Clearance items will not have returns
